Farhad Fatemi

Farhad Fatemi has extensive experience in technical roles, currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer, Product Owner for Integrations & API, Solution Architect, and System Engineer at Puzzel since September 2017. Responsibilities include providing second and third line support for Puzzel's CCaaS solution, troubleshooting in SQL, data analytics, and web development using HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript, along with expertise in data flow and system architecture. Prior to Puzzel, Farhad was involved in corporate IT and web development at Techno Medica AB from November 2013 to June 2017, where tasks included developing a new website, managing IT environments, and handling customer inquiries. Farhad holds a Kandidatexamen in Computer and Information Science from Stockholm University, attained between 2007 and 2011.
