David Cote

David Cote is a seasoned sales and leadership professional with extensive experience in human resources and sales management. Currently serving as the Senior Area Sales Manager at PuzzleHR since January 2021, David leads a team of Regional Sales Managers, focusing on achieving sales targets and promoting collaboration. David has also been involved in shaping talent development strategies as a Learning and Development Consultant at the same organization. Prior to this, David held various roles at Paychex from October 2009 to December 2020, culminating in the position of HCM Sales Director, where responsibility included leading a large sales team across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes managing sales territories at Harte Hanks and serving in the US Army as a Combat Medic and Behavioral Science Specialist. David holds a degree in Humanities with a focus on Psychology from New College of California.
