David Trainavicius

David Trainavicius has a diverse work experience in the solar energy industry. David is the Founder and CEO of PVcase, a PV software-as-a-service company focused on making solar project design faster and more efficient. Prior to PVcase, David was a Board Member and Founder/CEO of DETRA SOLAR, a company that designs commercial and utility-scale solar projects. David also worked as a Business Development Manager at DNI studio, an architectural and engineering studio specializing in sustainable design. David's earlier experience includes working as a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Project Engineer at Enviko.

David Trainavicius obtained a BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology between 2005 and 2009. In 2007, they also received a Certificate of International Studies in Technology, Communication, and Transport Engineering from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences. In addition to their degrees, David Trainavicius has obtained certifications in PVSYST and is an AutoCAD 2012 Certified Associate and Professional, certified by Autodesk.
