Nadir Baali

Nadir Baali serves as the Deputy Mayor of Gemeente Steenbergen since March 2018, where responsibilities include progressive municipal leadership. Additionally, Nadir holds several prominent positions including Party Board Member for the PvdA since August 2023, overseeing portfolios related to youth, leftist collaboration, and upcoming municipal elections. As the Party Leader of Progressief Samen, a local political party co-founded in October 2021, Nadir also collaborates on labor migration issues as a strategic representative for VNG. Previous roles include Party Policy Adviser focusing on youth and diversity, and experience as a delegate at the National Model United Nations in New York. Nadir's educational background encompasses a Master's in International Public Management and Public Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as additional studies in Global Challenges for Sustainability and Arabic Language.
