Leon Erkelens

Leon Erkelens is an experienced professional in the field of real estate and sustainable development, currently serving as a board member at Cooplink kennisnetwerk wooncoöperaties since November 2023, focusing on housing cooperatives. Leon has been an external expert at Hogeschool Rotterdam since March 2019, involved in assessing graduation presentations in real estate. As an advisor for Synerki Consultancy&Courses and a senior consultant with PVM since 2019, Leon supports real estate strategy and project initiatives. Additionally, Leon holds the position of quality manager at Vastestate Vastgoedmanagement, enhancing building sustainability services and ESG ratings. Leon is also the program leader for real estate management at Vastgoed Business School and previously chaired the Fietsersbond Rotterdam+Regio. With a solid educational foundation, including a PDEng in Architectural Design Management and an Ir. in Architecture from Eindhoven University of Technology, Leon brings a wealth of knowledge to the profession.
