Craig King has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Craig started their career at Leidos in 1985 and held the role of Chief Technologist for almost 30 years. During this time, they worked on various defense and research programs, as well as projects for General Motors. Craig wrote a significant amount of code during this period.
In 2008, King ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Sixkings. Craig developed the TabKeeper iOS App using Objective-C and worked on several unpublished apps in Swift.
In 2015, they joined PVM, Inc. as a Deployed Solutions Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for managing a Palantir deployment and handling integrations, customer support, and server maintenance. Craig also dealt with large amounts of data from disparate sources.
Finally, in 2019, King returned to Leidos as a SecDevOps Engineer. Further details about this role are not provided.
Throughout their career, King has gained expertise in programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Python, Ada, Fortran, C, C++, Objective-C, and Swift. Craig has also worked with various databases, structured documents, and operating systems. Additionally, they have solved challenging problems, including developing a performance analyzer and implementing Invertible Bloom Filters.
Craig King attended San Diego State University from 1980 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
