Jonda Morton

Jonda Morton has over twelve years of work experience. In 2009, they began their career as an Information System Technician for the US Navy, where they managed a team of nine Information/Electronic Technicians and identified and handled preventative maintenance of all IT infrastructure and systems. In 2012, they joined Engility Corporation as a System Engineer, where they reviewed, evaluated, and documented existing environments to identify gaps and to create opportunities for optimization, cost reductions, and higher customer satisfaction. Jonda also composed concise install, testing, and administration documentation for enterprise software suites. Additionally, they supported integration projects by implementing solutions that incorporate external software and capabilities into preexisting infrastructures to meet organizational needs. In 2016, Jonda joined PVM, Inc. as a Director of Capture & Resource Management, Director of Accounts, West Coast Program Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager (Project Management), Lead Deployed Solutions Engineer, and Systems Engineer/Team Lead. In 2021, they became President of the Canyon Lake Junior Women's Club (CLJWC) and in 2022 they became Secretary of the Canyon Lake Enrichment, Activities and Recreation Foundation (C.L.E.A.R).

Jonda Morton obtained a B.S. in Information Technology Management from National University between 2014 and 2018, with a field of study in Information Technology Project Management. In addition, they obtained a Solaris 10 System Administrator certification from Oracle in May 2013 and a Security + certification from CompTIA in April 2014.
