Sumit Kohli

Sumit Kohli has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sumit is currently working at PVR Limited as the Deputy Vice President of Human Resources. Sumit has previously held positions at PVR Limited as the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to their time at PVR Limited, they worked at Mynd Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the Manager of HRMS, where they were responsible for various HRIS implementation tasks and managing the team. Sumit also has experience as a Customer Service Officer at Arvato Services. Sumit Kohli began their career as a Software Implementation Consultant at Punjab National Bank, where they implemented banking systems and trained bank employees. Early in their career, they worked as an Accountant at Raaj Consultancy.

Sumit Kohli holds an MBA in Finance & HR from IMT, Ghaziabad, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Delhi University, completing it from 1997 to 2000. Alongside their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as "Creating Effective Dashboards" from JS Academy, and has been recognized as a member of Oracle Cloud Customer Connect as both a Red Ribbon and Green Ribbon member.
