Elwin Tepper

Elwin Tepper is the Manager of the Compliance & Independence Office at PwC Nederland, specializing in Company Law, Compliance, Auditor Independence, Integrity, AML, and Risk Management. They have held various positions at PwC, including Senior Consultant and Senior Employee in the same office, and previously worked in corporate compliance risk management at ING. Elwin began their career in sales at Sting, a network of brands, before advancing into compliance roles. They earned a Master’s degree in Dutch Law, with a focus on Company Law, from the University of Groningen, followed by an Executive Master of Compliance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, graduating cum laude.
