Alex Johnson

Alex Johnson, CPA, is a Manager in PwC's Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) practice, currently on a secondment in Frankfurt, Germany. Originally based in the Chicago office, Alex has worked on various projects involving technical accounting, financial reporting, and capital markets topics, including IPOs and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Alex gained experience as a Deals Associate and Intern at PwC, and as an Internal Controls Intern at Fresenius Medical Care North America. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
