Allison Phillips

Allison Phillips is a Senior Manager in SALT M&A at PwC, where they have worked since 2021. They previously held multiple roles at PwC from 2019 to 2021, including Manager of OFRO Policy and Manager in M&A Tax. Prior to joining PwC, Allison worked as a Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions Tax at Grant Thornton LLP from 2016 to 2018 and began their career as a Tax Analyst at the Hearst Service Center in 2013. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Doctor of Law from the Charlotte School of Law.
