Alta McMaster is currently the Global Mobility Lead at PwC Southern Africa and the CEO of the EPIC Foundation. With extensive experience in managing cross-border talent mobility, they are responsible for delivering a Global Mobility Programme that aligns with business needs while focusing on talent development and employee experience. Since 2013, they have led the EPIC Foundation, combating gender-based violence in South Africa through various projects that support survivors. Prior to their current roles, Alta worked as a Recruitment Executive at Total South Africa and as a Team Leader at Honey Fashion Accessories. They are also pursuing education at the University of South Africa.
