Amy Ramos is a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Management. Amy's professional experience includes roles as a Digital Assurance & Transparency Associate at PwC, business operations intern at Charles River Analytics, and instructor at Kumon North America, where inspiration for student engagement stemmed from personal experience as a former student. Previous positions also include training and supervisory roles at Dairy Queen, as well as seasonal sales associate duties at Urban Outfitters.
