Anna Boada Pibernat is a seasoned professional in Corporate M&A, with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Anna began her career as a Trainee in the Commercial Legal Department at Manubens & Asociados Abogados before serving as an Associate at ARRAUT ASOCIADOS, S.L.P. Anna then took on roles at RCD as a Senior Associate and progressed through various positions at PwC, ultimately becoming a Senior Manager and then Director in Corporate M&A. Anna holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master's in Company Law from ESADE Business & Law School, an LLB in International Common Law from The University of London Institute in Paris, and completed an Executive Development program at Instituto de Empresa.
