Ashley Laylock is currently a Deployment Manager in Trust Solutions at PwC, where they oversee the experienced recruitment process and drive business workforce planning. Previously, Ashley worked at Maxim Healthcare Services as a Healthcare Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, and Account Recruiting Manager, focusing on fulfilling client staffing needs and managing a team of recruiters. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Grove City College, Ashley also gained early experience in sales and human resources through roles at American Eagle Outfitters and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Passionate about problem-solving and dedicated to professional development, Ashley aspires to start and own a venture aligned with their values.
