Ay Tjhing Phan is the Markets Leader and Tax Partner at PwC Indonesia, where they currently manage tax services with extensive expertise in tax planning, restructuring, and modeling for diverse business ventures. They have participated in multiple tax advisory assignments, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, and cross-border transfer pricing issues. Ay has also acquired valuable international experience working in the PwC Australia transfer pricing group based in Melbourne. Prior to their current roles, they gained many years of experience in various taxation fields.
