With over 25 years of experience in facilitation, change management, and transformation programs, Bec specializes in helping organizations tackle complex challenges through innovative design approaches. Their work spans multiple sectors, including high-performance sport and finance, and they are passionate about fostering capability and growth in individuals and teams. Bec has also volunteered extensively to address social issues and coach young women. They hold a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Charles Sturt University.
