Ben Cox

Ben Cox is currently a Partner in Finance in Deals at PwC, where they support CFOs of Corporate and Private Equity backed businesses in maximizing value and maintaining operational control during transaction processes. They have extensive M&A experience, including due diligence and post-deal integration for transactions ranging from £10m to over £5bn. Ben previously served as the European Finance Director at Marlin Equity Partners, overseeing financial responsibilities for multiple global software businesses. With early experience as an intern at Cazenove and a scholar at Arthur Andersen & Co., Ben holds a CA in Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
