Ben Stanbridge

Ben Stanbridge is an Associate Director in Corporate Finance (M&A) at PwC Australia, specializing in the Technology M&A team since 2023. They have accumulated four years of experience in corporate finance advisory, focusing on transactions with enterprise values between £20m and £500m. Ben has successfully worked on over ten deals, amounting to more than £600m in completed transactions. Previously, they held various roles at PwC, including Senior Associate and Associate, where they developed expertise in financial due diligence, business valuations, and financial modeling. Ben earned their ACA qualification and holds a Master of Science in International Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
