Bernard Moens

Bernard Moens is a Partner in International Tax Services at PwC, where they have contributed since 1996. Prior to this role, Bernard was a Global Leader in International Tax Services at PwC from 2019 to 2022, and held positions as a Tax Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges. In addition to their work in the private sector, Bernard has served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, teaching a course on U.S. taxation of foreign persons. Bernard's educational background includes a Lic. Iur. in Law from the University of Antwerp, an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Taxation at New York University School of Law.
