Beth Czechanski

Beth Czechanski is currently the Director of Global Human Capital at PwC, where they focus on the strategy and execution of key human capital priorities across the PwC network. They also serve as the Chief of Staff to the Global Human Capital Leader and oversee various workforce strategies. Previously, Beth held several roles at PwC, including Human Capital Director for Global Tax & Legal Services and HR Manager for the Tax practice. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Office Manager at Randstad and a Teaching Artist at Reading In Motion. Beth earned a BS in Speech, Dance, and English from Northwestern University.
