Bob Daugherty

Bob Daugherty is a retired Partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and a former CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellow. With over 33 years at PwC, Bob played significant roles in human resources, leading initiatives that impacted 30,000 employees and overseeing campus recruiting at 200 universities. Bob served on the US Management Committee and was active in various leadership capacities, including being the Partner in Charge of US HR and Learning & Education. From 2011 to the present, Bob has engaged in executive coaching through RJ Daugherty Consulting. Additionally, from 2007 to 2019, Bob served on the Board of Trustees at St. Bonaventure University, including a term as Chair.
