Brandon Brown, CPA, is a Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax group at PwC Canada, currently based in Toronto. They have extensive experience in tax accounting, having previously held roles such as Senior Manager and Senior Associate in the M&A Tax team at PwC and Intermediate Accountant at Durward Jones Barkwell & Company LLP. Brandon also serves as an In-Depth Tax Program Facilitator for CPA Canada, contributing to the education of future professionals.
