Brandon Fleming

Brandon Fleming is a Principal at PwC, specializing in M&A Tax within the National Tax Services. They began their career as a Tax Intern at Freeborn & Peters LLP in 2012 and later worked as an Associate at Froum & Garlovsky, LLC from 2013 to 2014. Brandon is currently an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they contribute their expertise in taxation. They hold a JD/MBA in Taxation from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law, both of which augment their extensive academic and professional background.
