Britt J. is a Senior Consultant in Digital Experiences at PwC, bridging the gap between business and design since 2013. They have a rich background in project management and user experience through roles at various organizations, including a project assistant at the World Tourism Organization and a concept/UX designer at ACA Group. Britt has also devoted time as a Sustainable Tour Leader with Karavaan and has a strong academic foundation, holding multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Tourism Management from KU Leuven. Currently, they continue to focus on human-centered design in their work.
