Carine Elya

Carine Elya is currently an International Development Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Lebanon, specializing in program and project management, budgeting, and financial strategies for development projects. They have prior experience as a National Coordinator with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), managing project operations and relationships with key stakeholders. Carine has authored a published book on the economic impacts of war on agriculture and has organized numerous professional workshops attracting significant participation. They also serve as a lecturer at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) and are fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Carine is pursuing advanced degrees in Agriculture Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Economics and Development from Lebanese University and the American University of Beirut.
