Carl McPhail

Carl McPhail is a Manager in PwC’s Delivering Deal Value practice, focusing on strategic and business issues related to acquisitions and divestitures. They work with Private Equity and Corporate clients throughout the deal continuum, including pre-deal diligence and post-deal integration. Previously, Carl was a management consultant at Guidehouse, where they assisted Public Sector clients with organizational strategy and change management. Carl completed a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Affairs at Wake Forest University and is currently pursuing Global Trade and Commerce Studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
