Caroline Flaherty

Caroline Flaherty is a skilled professional with experience in organizational consulting and finance. At West Monroe from August 2022 to March 2024, Caroline held the positions of Consultant and Experienced Consultant in Organization & People. Prior experience includes a Finance Internship at Bell Flight in June 2020, where responsibilities included conducting financial health analyses and assisting in price analysis for supplier parts. Caroline also interned at PwC as a Senior Associate beginning July 2025, and previously held a Tax Internship at EY, where tax skill sets were diversified across various sub-service lines. Additional experience includes an Accounting Internship at Jones Plastic and Engineering, where Caroline managed payroll, invoicing, and expense reporting. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Human Capital Management from Miami University, earned in 2022.
