Cat Hof

Cat Hof is currently the Director of Talent Management - US Partner Affairs at PwC, where they leverage their expertise in talent strategy and change management to guide organizations through growth and transformation. Previously, they held various roles at PwC, including Senior Manager in Workforce Transformation, and gained experience at firms such as West Monroe Partners, Covington & Burling, and Jenner & Block. Cat earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science from Northwestern University. In their personal time, they volunteer with One Tail at a Time, helping rescue dogs find permanent homes in Chicago.
