Charles Lee is the Vice Chair and Managing Partner of PwC China, where they lead daily operations and oversee the Tax, Deals, and Consulting businesses. With over 30 years of professional experience, Charles has a deep understanding of regulatory environments, corporate structuring, and market dynamics in both Mainland China and Hong Kong. They have guided a diverse client portfolio in tax and business advisory services, focusing on strategic growth and strong client relationships. Before joining PwC in 1994, Charles worked at the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department and has also served as the China Tax Leader. Additionally, Charles holds fellow memberships in several professional accounting and taxation organizations and serves as Treasurer of the Community Chest of Hong Kong.
