Chloe Johnson

Chloe Johnson, CPA, MST, is currently a Senior Associate in M&A Tax Consulting at PwC, focusing on buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients. Previously, Chloe served as a Lead Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, where they assessed student performance and coordinated grading responsibilities. Chloe holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, both from the University of Colorado Boulder. In their free time, Chloe enjoys yoga, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
