Chris Croft

Chris Croft is a Partner in PwC’s Corporate Finance team, specializing in mergers & acquisitions and corporate advisory work. Since joining PwC in February 2019, Chris has advised private equity, mid-market, and publicly-listed businesses, drawing on over a decade of experience in New Zealand and the UK. Prior to PwC, Chris held key positions at Quayle Munro and in the investment banking divisions of Houlihan Lokey and Goldman Sachs. Chris earned a Master of Business with Distinction in Finance from the University of Otago.
