Ciaran Harrington is a Senior Manager in PwC Dublin’s Transaction Services practice, where they advise private equity, large corporate, and SME clients on both domestic and international transactions across various industries. With a background in leading buy- and sell-side engagements, Ciaran has extensive experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and SPA negotiation. They are highly skilled in Excel, which allows for detailed analysis and effective communication of insights to clients. Ciaran is a qualified Chartered Accountant who trained in PwC's audit practice and holds a degree in Business & Law from University College Dublin. Prior roles include manager and senior associate positions at PwC and internships in various fields.
