Colin Davis has over 20 years of experience in real estate as both an advisor and principal across the UK and Continental Europe. They held positions at Knight Frank as Partner and launched the fund management business at Rutley Capital Partners, managing a significant European real estate portfolio. Currently, Colin serves as a Director in Real Estate Lead Advisory & Restructuring at PwC and leads the Private Office Deals team, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices on real estate strategies. They are also an active member of the ULI Operational Real Estate Product Council. Colin holds a MA in Property Valuation Law from Bayes Business School and an MA (Hons) in Archaeology from The University of Edinburgh.
