Dan Bedell is a Tax Managing Director at PwC, specializing in Private Partnership Solutions. With over 10 years of public accounting experience, Dan has focused on serving private companies across various industries, particularly those that are family- and private equity-owned. Prior to joining PwC in 2021, Dan worked as a Tax Senior Manager at Smith & Howard and held an internship at Machen McChesney & Chastain, LLP. Dan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University.
