Dan Mann

Dan Mann has a robust background in IT audit and risk management, with experience spanning over a decade in both military and civilian sectors. Dan began as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, leading communications in challenging environments, before transitioning to the private sector. At Grant Thornton, Dan co-led IT audits for federal entities, focusing on FISCAM and NIST 800-53 controls. Dan further enhanced expertise at Accenture Federal Services as a Deputy Project Manager, overseeing multiple FISCAM assessments, and later served as a System Integrator Audit Lead at Accenture, developing auditability frameworks for DoD systems. In subsequent roles, including Risk Assurance Manager at PwC and IT Audit Manager at Accume Partners, Dan demonstrated proficiency in supervising audits and enhancing enterprise risk and control solutions. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University.
