Danielle Smith

Danielle Smith leads federal tax risk management and tax controversy for PwC's Insourced Solutions for Tax. With a background as an attorney advisor at the United States Tax Court and extensive experience in tax litigation and controversy, Danielle has successfully managed risk for large multinational corporations. Danielle holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a B.A. in Communication/Public Relations from North Carolina State University.
