Dave Fransen is a transformative CIO and business leader with extensive experience in technology services and enterprise architecture. They served as DVP Technology Services at Canadian Tire Corp from 1999 to 2005 and as Director of Technology Services and Enterprise Architecture at Bell Mobility from 1990 to 1999. Fransen was the Canadian CIO at PwC from 2005 to 2016, where they also held the role of Global Enterprise Applications Technology Leader. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo between 1987 and 1991.
