David Bohl

David Bohl is a PwC Deals Partner who specializes in delivering high-quality client experiences related to acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising events, including IPOs and bond offerings. With a firm foundation in accounting, they previously worked as an Accountant at M/I Homes and a Forensic Accountant at Meaden & Moore. David has been with PwC since 2002, progressing through various positions, including Senior Associate, Manager-Director, and Director in the Deals practice. They hold a Master's degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, earned between 2001 and 2003. David is particularly focused on private equity acquisitions and value creation for portfolio companies.
