David Han

David Han is an International Tax Senior Manager at PwC, where they focus on consulting solutions related to global structuring and international tax services. Previously, they served as an International Tax Director at Grant Thornton LLP from 2017 to 2021, and as a Tax Attorney specializing in international tax and transfer pricing at CKP, LLP from 2013 to 2016. Their earlier experience includes positions at EY and Deloitte, where they managed M&A/transaction and strategic tax review services. David holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and a J.D. from New York Law School, in addition to a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan.
