David Hatton

David Hatton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and human resources. They currently serve as a Deals Director at PwC, focusing on workforce transformation during mergers and acquisitions. Previously, David held various roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, including Finance Director and Vice President of Human Resources Solutions, where they managed significant teams and budgets. David also served as a Captain in the US Army from 2000 to 2004 and began their career as a Finance Supervisor at Mervyns LLC.
