David McGowan

David McGowan has a diverse background in finance and accounting, having started as an Accounting Intern at Limited Brands, Inc. and later progressing through various roles at PwC. At PwC, David served as Finance Director in multiple locations, including Silicon Valley and Austin, and was involved in significant projects such as a Finance Transformation initiative for a $14B manufacturing company and a global COA mapping project for a $140B conglomerate. Experience also includes leading post-merger integration planning for a major deal and specialized audit services for financial and insurance companies, with a focus on 10-K audits and statutory audits. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The Ohio State University and a degree focused on the European business environment from Audencia Ecole De Management.
