Deborah Burstein

Deborah Burstein is currently the Director of the Global Office of the General Counsel at PwC. Previously, they served as Exec. Director and Deputy COO of the Legal and Compliance Division at Morgan Stanley, where they managed the operations of over 1000 personnel. Deborah held positions at Credit Suisse Securities as Vice President and Counsel, and at King & Spalding and Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells as an Associate, focusing on complex litigation and regulatory matters. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Binghamton University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
