Devon Paffendorf

Devon Paffendorf is a Senior Manager in Learning & Development at PwC, where they focus on enhancing the learner experience. Prior to this role, Devon held various positions in learning and development, including as a Learning & Development Associate contracted to PwC, coordinating training sessions across multiple locations. They also served as a mentor for the Mount Olive Robotics Team and coached women’s volleyball at East Stroudsburg University and Centenary College. Devon has a strong academic background, holding multiple degrees from Centenary College and Centenary University, and presently leads the Alumni Association Executive Board at Centenary University.
