Doug Chu

Doug Chu has substantial expertise in finance and technology, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Managing Director of Capital Markets Advisory at PwC, Doug oversees strategies and investor relationships for companies navigating public markets. Previous roles include Advisor and Head of Business & Corporate Development at Figure, where Doug contributed to innovative financial technologies, and Vice President at NYSE, where Doug significantly increased the Tech IPO market share. Doug's earlier experience includes positions at McDonnell Douglas as an Aerospace Engineer, in Corporate Banking with Bank of America Securities, and as a Director in Technology Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. Doug holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Computational Fluid Dynamics from Princeton University.
