Eric Laventure

Eric LaVenture is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as the Recruiting Director for Business Services and Products & Technology at PwC since May 2018, Eric has held multiple roles within the organization, including Experienced and Entry-Level Technology Recruiting Senior Manager and Sourcing Senior Manager. Prior to PwC, Eric worked at Accenture from March 2013 to April 2018 as the North American Sourcing Lead and Recruitment Associate Manager, contributing expertise in sourcing and recruitment strategies for technology roles. Eric's earlier career includes serving as an Employee Benefits Advisor at Wallace Welch & Willingham and an Account Manager at Aerotek Scientific, where a focus on technical and professional staffing was established. Eric holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Florida, earned in 2006.
