Farrell Chen is currently a Partner at Vialto Partners and has been with PwC since 2007, also holding the title of Partner. Previous experience includes serving as an Officer at the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, where they contributed to a vocational training project. Farrell earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tongji University, following completion of high school at Shanghai High School.
