Lead Strategy & Insights / Service Design at the Experience Center at PwC

Floor Hickmann is an experienced leader in user experience and service design, currently serving as the Lead Strategy & Insights at PwC's Experience Center since 2020. Floor previously held the position of User Experience Manager at HEMA from 2016 to 2019, where they established a 'Voice of the Customer' program and led UX research for various developments. Prior to that, Floor worked at Jungle Minds as a UX Designer and Researcher from 2010 to 2016, collaborating with major clients such as Akzo Nobel and ING. Floor holds both a BSc and MSc in Design for Interaction from TU Delft, along with additional qualifications in design from institutions in Barcelona and Amsterdam.
