Frederic Wersand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of VAT and tax advisory, primarily within the banking, asset management, and insurance sectors. Beginning a tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg in September 1999 as a VAT Director, Frederic focused on international tax structures for various financial sectors until July 2012. Currently serving as a VAT Partner and Tax Partner since July 2012 and April 2019 respectively, Frederic has developed significant expertise in private equity and international holding structures. Frederic Wersand holds a degree from HEC-ULg, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
