Gal Harper

Gal Harper is an experienced HRBP at PwC, with a focus on organization development, leadership initiatives, and talent retention. Prior roles include serving as a Technical Training Specialist at Intel Corporation, where they managed training projects and consulted senior managers. Gal began their career as a Recruiter and Human Resources Coordinator at CodeOasis LTD., and has also worked as an Instructor in the Air Force. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource & Leadership and Policy in Education from the University of Haifa and a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Bar-Ilan University. Passionate about learning and development, Gal continually seeks knowledge to enhance both employee experiences and business outcomes.
